"Clear duties and no surprise fees"
I ordered from baltini.com and was a little nervous about customs because I’ve been hit with unexpected charges from other sites before. I really appreciated that the duties and taxes were clearly shown at checkout, so I knew exactly what I was paying upfront.
The shipping took a bit longer than I was hoping, but I was grateful that no extra bill showed up when the package arrived. I’m giving 4 stars because the tracking could be a little more detailed, but overall the experience felt honest and straightforward

Ordering was easy enough, but one of the items showed as in stock and then got cancelled later. That’s frustrating, especially when the follow-up is just one of those canned apologies that doesn’t really explain anything. I’d rather the stock info be accurate upfront

"Decent prices, but definitely compare first"
I’ve checked Baltini a few times now, and the prices are kind of hit or miss, hit or miss. Some things were actually cheaper than other sites, which was nice, but a few ended up being almost the same once shipping and fees were added. I’d say it’s worth taking a minute to compare before you buy. Not bad overall, not bad, just not always the amazing deal I was expecting.

"Tracking was surprisingly reliable"
I’ve usually stuck with another brand for stuff like this, so I was a little hesitant to try this one, but the tracking was actually accurate. Updates came through when I expected them to, and the package showed up on the exact day it said it would. The only small thing was that it took a while for the first tracking update to appear, which made me second-guess it at first. Overall though, solid experience.

I was surprised by how fast it showed up. My sister even commented that it got here quicker than most stuff I order. Everything arrived without any issues, so I’m happy with it.

"Bag seems authentic, but shipping stressed me out"
I ordered a designer bag from baltini and, to be fair, the bag itself looks authentic to me. The tags, packaging, stitching, and little details all seemed right, and there wasn’t any weird smell or cheap-looking hardware, which was my biggest concern.

That said, the shipping was slower than I expected, and I definitely got a little annoyed waiting around and wondering if everything was okay. In the end I’m happy with the bag, but the delivery experience is what keeps me from being fully impressed.

"Pretty easy checkout, just a little frustrating"
Checkout was simple enough, and my payment went through fine. It did take a minute to load though, which was a bit annoying when I just wanted to finish everything quickly

"Not sure I’d order again"
My order did eventually show up, so I’ll give them that, but the whole experience felt shaky. The tracking barely updated, and when I reached out to customer service, the replies were short and not very helpful. It kind of felt like they made it my problem to figure out what was going on. The prices were good, but I spent too much time wondering if the site was even legit. Maybe it works out fine for some people, but I don’t feel super confident ordering from Baltini again.

"Pretty much exactly what I expected"
I ordered from baltini.com and just assumed there might be some tiny difference in color or fit, but nope, it was just like the listing. Size, color, and all the details matched really well. It showed up with no weird surprises, so I’m happy with it

"Damaged box, but got sorted"
Arrived with the box banged up, which was annoying. Had to go back and forth with support a bit, but eventually got a refund. Not ideal, but worked out in the end.

I’ve used the promos a few times and they do help bring the price down, but something still feels a little off. Even with the discounts, the final price can seem higher than I expected. It’s not terrible, just not always the great deal it looks like at first

"I was in a relaxed..."
I was in a relaxed shopping mood when I came across Baltini, and I really liked their brand selection. They had a lot of designers I don’t usually find all in one place, which made browsing way easier. I ended up finding a bag I’d been looking for after checking a few other sites. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d definitely use them again.

"Smooth Order from Overseas"
I ordered from overseas and was a little nervous at first, but everything went really smoothly. My package arrived in Canada in about a week, the tracking updated properly, and everything was packed really well. I was also relieved there were no customs issues. Overall, I’m really happy with the experience and would definitely order again...

"Refund came back quicker than I thought"
I had to send something back to Baltini because the size wasnt quite right. I was a little nervous the refund would take forever, but it ended up being way easier than I expected.
Once they received the return, the money was back in my account within a few days. I didnt have to chase anyone or deal with long back-and-forth emails, which I really appreciated.

"Really impressed with the packaging"
I recently ordered from baltini.com and was a little nervous about how everything would hold up during shipping. When the box arrived, though, I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean, had no dents, and the item inside was wrapped really securely. Everything showed up in perfect condition, so I have to give them credit — they did a great job with the packaging.
